I need everyone wanting to go to Ocala to sign up! We plan on going the two weeks in WEC Week 7 which is February 10-15 and and WEC Week 8 which is 2/17-22. We ship out Sunday 2/8 and return home Monday2/23. Hopefully a lot of you will have 2/16 President’s day off from work/school and or spring break during this time so that minimal school /work is missed.
Our riders who have gone before typically fly in either Thursday or Friday after school into Gainesville or Orlando and fly home Sunday both weeks, sometimes all together.
These two weeks are a great opportunity to escape the colder weather and experience great outside competition. Aiken and Tryon competition does get a bit monotonous.
Although farther than our typical horse shows those going to Ocala will only have one shipping fee since we stay there for both weeks. Those who have gone before also know how cool the facility is, with great rings, and ambiance, and the horses like their larger cushy stalls as well.
Hope to see more riders signed up for these upcoming Florida shows. Also- on a separate note, the Bruce’s Field Aiken show which we had on the calendar for January 14-18 has been canceled, we are putting the PSJ Highfields USEF A Aiken 8-11 on the calendar in its place.
