History

Cedarhill Farm began in the 1970’s with Nora Cooke. Originally on Providence Road, just south of Alexander Rd. it moved to Waxhaw in 1989 when Nora wanted to retire, and develop the farm into the neighborhood “Cedarhill”. Right out of college, Brian and I (Andrea) couldn’t resist the offer of taking up Cedarhill and assuming

Dana Cooke has successfully competed through the 5* level in eventing and was a member of the Canadian Bronze Medal team at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. She now has her sights on the 2022 World Equestrian Games in Italy and the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France. She is an “A” level Pony Club graduate as well as an Equestrian Canada Level 1 Certified Coach.

Dana is coming to Cedarhill Farm on Friday, August 8th to give dressage-based flat lessons to our more advanced riders.
