Cedarhill offers a 31 stall main barn complete with 10 grooming/wash stalls, 2 heated and air conditioned tack rooms, staff offices and a bathroom. An additional 18 stalls split between our front and lower barns are typically used as overflow. There is no discount to board in them, however all those who own or full lease get first dibs on an inside stall as they become available.
All stalls have automatic water troughs, fans, and a fly spray system. Our main barn was recently updated with new European style stall fronts with cast aluminum feed troughs, as well as new ventilated partitions. The entire farm is in the process of getting up-fitted with Soft Stalls, one of the newest technologically advanced flooring systems for all of our stalls; main barn as well as outside stalls. Our head grooms live in the apartment attached to the barn so you know your horse is supervised and cared for 24 hours a day.
The farm has 3 all weather riding arenas complete with irrigation and lights. Our new irrigation system with a new well designated for ring irrigation only will be installed fall of 2023, along with new footing for all the rings.

Rates at Cedarhill Farm

and “Suggested List for Horse Owners/Leasers”
Board: $1200 effective January 2022. Please note that there is an additional charge of $320 per month for in house training which includes lessons or schooling your horse. This charge is not carried forward.
In House training is either lessons or schooling performed by Cedarhill staff. Brian charges the in house training fee of $380 at the beginning of the month, ( lets say January) along with the board fee. During that month he then applies lessons ( private or group) and training that CFI staff does towards that advanced credit, which is why sometimes the lesson will be marked as “$0” . Once the prepayment dollar amount is met, then Brian charges the difference as it occurs and credits your bill the $380 towards lessons at the end of January, reflected in your February bill and then starts the process all over again. As tedious a process as this is, this is the simplest way to ensure that our Cedarhill boarders also are training with us, in one fashion or another and not just boarding with us.
