Blowing Rock has sent out their stall reservation request cards out. They are accepting stall reservations for exhibitors showing both shows, and filling on a first come, first served basis. I will collect everyone’s checks for each week they want to show- hoping that the weeks will even out with equal amount of stalls week one and week two. If not, you will be asked to pay both for the week you do , and the week you don’t want to attend with the hopes that later on someone will want it. This is a fun show that Cedarhill looks forward to attending each year- a prestigious show held in the cool mountains during the hot summer months.
Please write your stall reservation check out to BRCHS ( Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show) for $550 if you are doing both weeks, and TWO checks for $275, noting on one of them the week you want to attend. We hope to return to you the other check assuming we can find someone to share your two week obligation. Give all checks to me and I will send in by Monday, May 2nd. BRCHS will refund stall money if a written notice of cancellation is received by June 28,2022.
