Like everyone around, our operating expenses have increased substantially. Wages and fuel costs play a large part. It effects everything from the price of grain, hay and shavings, to maintenance of our fields, rings, and the barn.
Lessons-
Effective September 1st, 2022 for the start of the fall schedule our lessons will be increased as follows:
Group Session- $95
Private Lesson – $125.
Evaluation Lesson $125.
A La Carte $160.
Trailering-
Effective immediately, our trailering costs will be increased to $2.50/mile
Set Up Fee-
Effective immediately, our set up fee will be increased to $75 per show.
The set up fee, which we charge when your horse travels to a show pays for wrapping, unwrapping, and turning out once home. It also covers the transport of all the equipment needed for the show, as well as the equipment ( saddles/ extra blankets/etc) you need us to transport as well. The set up fee, as the name implies, also includes the set up of the show stalls; unloading and setting up tack stalls, bedding stalls, and then on the back side- packing and transporting it all back.
We do not take the decision to raise our prices lightly, we understand that these changes might effect how our families participate at Cedarhill. Riding is an expensive sport, which we’ve made even more so. Nonetheless, to continue to deliver the quality of our facility and the service that you expect at Cedarhill, concessions needed to be made. Thank you for your patronage!
