For those planning on attending, we need to reserve stalls for Blowing Rock with a check. Blowing Rock requires payment and reservation for both weeks – a total of $500. Blowing Rock doesn’t mind however if the stall is split between two people with each person providing a check for $250. It is up to you to find a person to split your week up with if you do only want to go for one of the two weeks.
It has become quite a feat to organize the reservations at the show office each year; I’m hoping this way might prove to be easier.
I would like everyone who is only going one of the weeks to give me their check with the week they are coming on the memo line along with their partner who is taking the other week. I will submit all the checks at the same time. I have asked everyone to sign up on our Sign Up genius page, indicating which week you wish to attend. From there it should be somewhat easy to pair up the stalls. If you can’t find someone to split, consider going both weeks. It is a fun show and the cool mountains make it a great relief from the heat and humidity in the summer.
